The Meadows Grove Planning Documents

As with any purchase you make, there are certain legal documents which must be completed for your protection as well as that of The Meadows Grove. Additionally, The Meadows Grove has a few planning documents to enable you and the Event Planner to outline your requirements, provide you with a detailed cost estimate and provide information to ensure your event runs smoothly. Following is a list and brief description of each of these documents. You can link to each to see the actual document.

Purchase Agreement or Contract – This is the document which overviews your event and serves as our legally binding contract to provide you the services you have requested and for you to pay for those services.

Policies & Procedures – This document briefly describes our mutual responsibilities regarding your event. Certain rules are outlined which you must agree to prior to contracting your event.

Event Checklist – This allows a thorough review of all of the many options available to you for your event. It is from this checklist that your event will be estimated and arranged. You should review this checklist to gain an understanding of the information you will need to supply to properly plan your event.

Detailed Estimate – Outlines the options chosen for your event and details the costs associated with each as well as an overall estimate for your event.

Wedding Party Members List – If your event is a wedding reception, this insures that introductions can be properly made as your event proceeds.

Top 200 Song List - This list includes the most popular songs requested at weddings.  Use this list as a starting place for your music request list.  If you have selected Paragon Band & DJ, you will not need this list as they know it by heart.

Special Event/Banquet Head Table – This insures that introductions can be properly made, such as Keynote Speaker, Banquet Chair, Toastmaster, etc.

Birthday, Anniversary Party – This insures that the person or people being honored can be properly introduced.

Class Reunions –A list of the class officers to insure proper introductions.

Picnics & Barbecues – An organizers list to insure proper introductions.
